CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS CAN BE EXPUNGED
Effective January, 2019, you can now have criminal convictions expunged. Yes, it takes some work and not all convictions are eligible for expungement. In today’s competitive job market, having no criminal record can mean the difference in getting the job or position for which you have applied.
If your criminal convictions were in Missouri, it has been seven years since your felony conviction or three years since your misdemeanor criminal conviction, and you have satisfied all of the obligations of your probation, parole, or prison sentence, then you may be eligible for expungement.
Contact Gaylin Rich Carver at Carver & Michael to discuss your options.
Gaylin Carver came very highly recommended to me and I can definitely see why. She's kind, direct (in the best possible way!) and has an uncanny ability to remember everything you tell her. My custody issue was stressful and had a lot of unknowns (like most, I'm sure) and she was faithful to always keep me well-informed. Her court presence was professional and it was obvious she knew what she was doing. The way she handled my case made me feel like I was her only client. I wish I would've been able to work with her for my divorce too. I could not more highly recommend her.
