Criminal Convictions can be Expunged

Effective January, 2019, you can now have criminal convictions expunged. Yes, it takes some work and not all convictions are eligible for expungement. In today’s competitive job market, having no criminal record can mean the difference in getting the job or position for which you have applied.

If your criminal convictions were in Missouri, it has been seven years since your felony conviction or three years since your misdemeanor criminal conviction, and you have satisfied all of the obligations of your probation, parole, or prison sentence, then you may be eligible for expungement.
